Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay. Please read the terms and conditions of booking below:

1. RESERVATION

For booking, please send your request by formula attached, we will answer you soon when the information is received. You can also contact us by phone number: (84) 28 39 91 09 14 or email: resa@ananasfamilyhotel.com.

When you receive the confirmation of your reservation, please pay us the entire amount. For the rooms under promotion: Do not apply the cancellation policy and other promotional programs.

2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in time is after 14:00PM or sooner upon availability of the rooms.

Check out time is before 12:00AM.

If you wish to extend your stay, please notify our Front Desk personnel and we will accommodate you upon availability and these hotel’s conditions.

3. CANCELLATION OR CHANGE

Cancellations or changes can be made maximum 24 hours before the arrival. For cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the arrival date, we will be forced to apply following charges:

– Cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival date: 50% of the amount of the first night.

– Cancellations within 12 hours of the arrival date: 100% of the amount of the first night.

All refunds will be made within 30 days from the departure date.

All cancellations or changes must be confirmed by the hotel via email.

4. CHILDREN AND SUPPLEMENTARY BED

All children are welcome at our hotel.

The free policy will be applied for children under 6 years old if he sleeps in the same bed as its parents.

One child from 6 years old to 12 years old is charged 50% of room rate per night per person and he will use an extra bed.

For a child of 12 years old and above, the rate is applied as for adults.

5. PETS

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
